A Speech Therapy Practice supporting a wide range of areas, including speech, language, literacy, fluency, social communication, feeding, and swallowing.
We are passionate about working alongside families and teachers, believing that meaningful progress happens when everyone involved in a child’s life feels supported and empowered. At the heart of what we do is a deep commitment to investing in the next generation, supporting not only the individual, but the family as a whole.
Owner of Mighty Minds | Speech Therapist
XANDRI BACH
Xandri Bach is a fierce lover of people and a passionate advocate for unlocking the potential within each child and their family. She believes children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and engaged, and enjoys using play and imagination as powerful tools to support communication, connection, and growth.
Xandri is passionate about providing speech and language services to children and has completed additional training related to speech motor difficulties (supporting speech clarity and intelligibility) and play-based therapy. She also has a strong interest in supporting children, teenagers, and adults who stutter, a passion shaped by personal experiences of stuttering within her own family, which continue to guide her empathetic and person-centred approach.
“At the heart of communication is people, and supporting meaningful connection is what makes this work so deeply rewarding to me.” - Xandri Bach

MARTINETTE FOURIE
Martinette is a Speech and Language Therapist with a deep passion for supporting children’s early language, speech, and communication development. She believes that communication is connection, and helping children find their voice is both her greatest joy and daily challenge. Speech therapy stretches her, teaches her, and enriches her life every single day.
She loves creating fun, playful, and meaningful learning experiences where children feel safe, seen, and confident to grow - often through games, laughter, and a little bit of silliness along the way. During therapy sessions, Martinette and her tiny friends are equal partners, learning from one another, celebrating progress together, and honouring each child’s unique journey. Martinette strives to walk alongside families with encouragement, practical guidance, and collaboration every step of the way.
“A voice is a voice, no matter how small.”
